Coconut Shake Recipe

Coconut Shake, an absolute tropical delight to taste buds, is prepared by blending coconut milk, banana and ice cream and sweetened with sugar to taste. Weather you drink it as breakfast drink or have it as an evening beverage; you are surely going to have a blast.
Ingredients:
1 cup Coconut Milk
1 Banana
3 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
2 teaspoons Sugar
1/2 cup Crushed Ice
Directions: This recipe prepares a shake using coconut milk. You can either get it from grocery store or make it at home; just blend fresh coconut with water in a blender until smooth.
  1. Peel and cut banana into big chunks.
  2. Add coconut milk, banana and sugar in blender jar. Blend until mixture becomes smooth.
  3. Add ice cream and crushed ice in it; blend again until a frothy mixture.
  4. Thick coconut shake with coconut milk and ice cream is ready. Transfer to a serving glass and serve with a straw.
Tips and Variations:
  • Add 1 tablespoon protein powder to make a nutritious protein shake.
Taste: Sweet and creamy
