1 cup Coconut Milk |
1 Banana |
3 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream |
2 teaspoons Sugar |
1/2 cup Crushed Ice |
Directions: This recipe prepares a shake using coconut milk. You can either get it from grocery store or make it at home; just blend fresh coconut with water in a blender until smooth.
- Peel and cut banana into big chunks.
- Add coconut milk, banana and sugar in blender jar. Blend until mixture becomes smooth.
- Add ice cream and crushed ice in it; blend again until a frothy mixture.
- Thick coconut shake with coconut milk and ice cream is ready. Transfer to a serving glass and serve with a straw.
Tips and Variations:
- Add 1 tablespoon protein powder to make a nutritious protein shake.
